Opening Reception with Oskar Zieta | Saturday, January 20th, 5 PM - 7 PM
We are thrilled to present Zieta Illustrated, with art objects by Polish based architect, process designer and artist, Oskar Zieta. Also being exhibited, are illustrations by young Polish artists inspired by Zieta's work.
Envisioning a world of bionic metal structures using new technologies, Oskar Zieta’s pioneering work includes the world's first inflatable steel elements, showcased in the Blow & Roll installation at the Victoria and Albert Museum in 2010. After almost two decades of work, he's now known as sculptor 4.0, with Wired magazine praising his creations as "furniture of the future."
In starting Zieta Illustrated, his studio is committed to promoting the quality and greatness of Polish creators around the world, with the goal of supporting young artists, while combining creative fields and storytelling.
